36 -A fly strip was hanging above a utensil drying area. Remove the fly strip, and only hang in areas that are approved.
-The back door is damaged at the corner, with visible light to the outside. Repair/replace the door to create a tight fitting closure.  New Violation.
45 *Cardboard is lining several shelves throughout the kitchen and inside the walk-in cooler. Remove cardboard. Surfaces must remain smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.  Repeat Violation. To be Corrected By: 09/20/2022
45 The gasket on the 1 door work top cooler is torn. Replace the gasket to create a sight seal.
