Inspector Comments
There is no food safety manager certified by this Department (CFSM) on duty as required. A CFSM must be on duty at all times the facility is open and/or food is being prepared. A completed application(SA-71)for CFSM must be submitted to the Department by July 30, 2025.

Inspector Comments
The water temperature at the 3-compartment sink is not holding the proper temperature of 110°F. The temperature of the wash solution in manual warewashing equipment shall be maintained at not less than 110°F. Fix and Maintain. Facility will have 24 hours to rectify.
