Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Inspector Comments
The warewasher is reading 0ppm for chlorine sanitizer. Mechanical washing that requires chemical sanitation shall read 50-100ppm. EcoLab was called, service will be conducted.
In the meantime, warewasher can still be used for washing, but 3-compartment sink must be set up for sanitizing.
Submit service report and photos of 50-100ppm to department once service is completed.

Clean foil is lining the bottom surface of the flame grill, but the surface under the foil contains build up of grease and charred food particles. Clean/sanitize.
