Inspector Comments
There is no food safety manager certified by this Department (CFSM) on duty as required. A CFSM must be on duty at all times the facility is open and/or food is being prepared. A completed application(SA-71)for CFSM for Cara Fabiano must be submitted. CFSM application sent during this inspection.

Inspector Comments
Rodent droppings observed in the bottom of some cabinets and in the chemical room. Contact your PA certified pesticide operator for immediate service. Provide trapping and begin sealing up any entry points.

Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, & used
Inspector Comments
A household microwave and oven are being used within the facility. This food equipment shall be designed, constructed, installed and operated in accordance with these sanitation criteria set forth by an ANSI-accredited testing agency such as, but not limited to, the National Sanitation Foundation, Underwriters Laboratory (food equipment sanitation), ETL Laboratories (food equipment sanitation) or other nationally recognized agencies. All equipment shall bear the appropriate testing agency mark, sticker, seal or certification in order to aid the licensee and Department in determination of approval. In addition, the manufacturer’s name and model number shall appear on the equipment for identification.
