Inspector Comments
Facility water heater that supplies the kitchen is leaking water and another water heater that is leaking CO. CO alarms were triggered last night and this morning. The water heater that is leaking CO has been turned off and is scheduled to be repaired or replaced. The water heater that is leaking water is in use and is also scheduled to be repaired or replaced. In the event the hot water heater cannot be used the facility will switch to paper wares and hand sanitizer temporarily for handwashing. If this situation is extended the facilty will utilize a boiled water operation for warewashing. Advised to monitor CO.
