8	Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible Inspector Comments Observed facility operating without required hand washing station set up. Facility must cease preparing food until hand washing station is set up and employees wash hands.
13	Food separated & protected Inspector Comments Observed washed whole lemons and cut lemons used within beverages stored open on the counter unprotected from consumer contamination. Move to designated non-customer area, or store in a sealed lidded container. Facility operating without overhead protection as required. Facility must immediately provide overhead protection in order to operate.

There is no food safety manager certified by this Department (CFSM) on duty as required. A CFSM must be on duty at all times the facility is open and/or food is being prepared. A completed application(SA-71)for CFSM, or proof of enrollment in an approved safety class must be submitted to the Department. Owner, Ashley Kozic, took approved food safety class and passed exam.
