Inspector Comments
The truck has two different species of fly activity and rodent droppings located under the three compartment sink area. The service window is left open. Reinstall the screen on the window. Notify Pest control. Clean and sanitize affected areas. The truck has large openings under the waste lines where the droppings are observed. Tightly seal these outer openings to prevent pest entry.
