Inspector Comments
Containers used to store food equipment are in poor condition and are not designed for use in a retail food facility. Replace equipment. Keep clean at all times.
Food equipment shall be designed, constructed, installed and operated in accordance with these sanitation criteria set forth by an ANSI-accredited testing agency such as, but not limited to, the National Sanitation Foundation, Underwriters Laboratory (food equipment sanitation), ETL Laboratories (food equipment sanitation) or other nationally recognized agencies. All equipment shall bear the appropriate testing agency mark, sticker, seal or certification in order to aid the licensee and Department in determination of approval. In addition, the manufacturer’s name and model number shall appear on the equipment for identification.
