7	No bare hand contact with RTE foods or approved alternate method properly followed Inspector Comments Employee was observed preparing bagels with gloved hands, and then collecting money with the same gloved hands. Gloves were not changed in between tasks. Must ensure gloves are changed in between handling money and food product to eliminate contamination from food employees hands
