Inspector Comments
Upon arrival, it was noted that facility was distributing ready-to-eat foods without a handwashing station. All food employees must have the ability to wash their hands within the facility before handling food. An insulated cooler or similar with a spigot filled with tempered water of at least 100F must be provided. Waste water must be collected in a waste recovering bucket and disposed into an approved wastewater system (sanitary sewer, septic system, temporary holding tank, blue boy tank). Soap and paper towels must be used.

Chicken and veggie puffs being sold were found to be measuring temperatures of 72 and 74°F Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be cold held at or below 41ºF. These items were taken out of sale.

Cooler number 3 was measuring an ambient temperature of 50F. Food held in cold - holding must be at 41F or below. The rice that was inside was moved to a colder cooler. The ice packs that were on the table were placed back into the cooler and it was measuring 38F by the end inspection.

Upon arrival, the display containers were sitting on top of ice packs. Theses containers must be encased in ice if they are to be sold. Theses containers were moved to the coldest cooler.
