Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be cold held at or below 41ºF. 3door Refrigerator is not maintaining food at a safe temperature. All TCS foods at an unsafe temperature were discarded. Do not use this unit until it has been repaired and maintaining food at 41°F or below. Submit the service report to this department once completed.
