The milkshake guard and the syrup dispenser are repaired by duct tape. Surfaces of equipment that are nonfood-contact surfaces, but are exposed to splash, spillage or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning, shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent and smooth material.

Inspector Comments
The 3 compartment sink is not being setup correctly and employee stated vinegar is being used for sanitizer. Always set up the 3 compartment sink to wash (soap & hot>110F water), rinse, and sanitize (50-100ppm chlorine or 200-300ppm quaternary ammonia).

During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils may be stored: - in running water of sufficient velocity to flush particulates to the drain. - in a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135°F and the container is cleaned at frequency - in a clean, protected location/container if the utensils, such as scoops, are used only with a food that is not potentially hazardous
