There is no sneeze guard provided for the hot dog grilling unit. Provide and maintain.

Inspector Comments
Dishes, tongs and utensils are stored with the food contact surfaces facing upward. Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored covered or inverted, and in a self-draining position that allows air drying.

Several pieces of equipment including crock pots, toaster oven and griddle are not ANSI certified. Replace with approved equipment.

Inspector Comments
There are no soap or paper towels at the hand wash sink in the dishwasher area. Paper towel holder is empty. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap, individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated-air hand drying device. Paper towels were provided.
34 Thermometer provided & accurate

Inspector Comments
Irreversible temperature indicators for the hot water sanitizing dish machine are not available. Provide. In hot water mechanical ware washing operations, an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature.
39 Wiping cloths: properly used & stored

Inspector Comments
Wiping cloths are air drying on sinks. Wiping cloths must be dried in an area to prevent contamination.
