Frozen rice balls within have begun to thaw. Units were plugged in during inspection. Any product not used by end of today's event (4 hours) must be discarded.
49	Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices Inspector Comments Drain line below the 3-compartment sink is not attached and not aligned properly. Waste water is falling to the floor below. Repair or replace affected plumbing fixtures to ensure proper operation.
