Inspector Comments
Sausage and eggs in the top of the prep cooler were stacked above the frost-line in their containers, and were observed above 41 degrees F. EPS advised the manager to remove some product from the containers and place the product inside a cooler to be cooled down to 41 degrees F or below. EPS also discussed food preparation in order to prevent over-filling of containers.
