Inspector Comments
There are no paper towels at the hand wash sink in the bagel prep area. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap, individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated-air hand drying device.

1. The underside of the creamer dispenser above nozzles contains a build up of debris.
2. The floor areas under equipment specifically coffee prep area and three compartment sink contain a build up of debris. Clean and sanitize to be free of visible debris.
