Food employees are not washing their hands as required before putting on gloves, after handling cell phones, and touching exposed body parts. CFSM must review hand washing requirements with staff.

Inspector Comments
The front doors of the facility are open with no screen provided. The front doors must be kept closed or a tight fitting screen must be provided. A garage door is provided as well. This door must be kept closed at all times as well unless a tight fitting screen is provided.
