Inspector Comments
There is no food safety manager certified by this Department (CFSM) on duty as required. Beverly Woodruff has completed ServSafe, and has her certificate. Application was left at the time of inspection and Facilty will have until June 5th, 2024 to send in application, fee, and Beverly’s ServSafe certificate to register her with Bucks County.

Inspector Comments
The Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer for the 3-bay sink was measuring a reading of 150ppm. Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be sanitized after cleaning, using a solution of either 50-100ppm chlorine or 200-300ppm quaternary ammonia. Additional quaternary ammonia tablets were added, and it now reads at 200ppm.
