14	Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized Inspector Comments Upper interior surface within the ice machine contains pink and black mold-like substance. Empty ice and discard. Clean and sanitize interior surfaces prior to next use. This machine is on the older side, the front panel is not attached correctly, thus making it harder to clean the back. Facility would benefit from a new one.
