1. The interior of the ice machine contains a mold-like substance. Dispose of ice, clean and sanitize interior of ice machine.
2. The deli slicer is unclean. All wares and food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be cleaned and sanitized after each use or at required time intervals. Clean deli slicer to be free of visible debris.

There are several food items stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler and freezer. Ensure that all items are stored at least 6 inches above the ground at all times to prevent contamination.
