Facility bottles TCS juice to go. These sealed bottles must be labeled as follows: “Keep Refrigerated. WARNING: This product has not been pasteurized and therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems".

Washing fruit & vegetables
Inspector Comments
Observed two shipping containers of unwashed oranges. Owner stated they were extra and could be washed in hand sink. Facility must conduct all washing of fruit at licensed commissary and may not use unwashed fruit or conduct washing within the hand sink. These two cases will not be utilized today.
