21	Proper date marking & disposition Inspector Comments Individually packaged yogurts for sale had expiration dates of 2/16/24 and 3/22/24. All sell by dates must be monitored and product pulled from sales floor when the expiration date is close. Must educate all employees on date marking and disposition of products.
