14	Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized Inspector Comments Ice machine must be fully cleaned and sanitized, as there is a mold-like build up on the baffles. Keep ice scoop in a cleanable container to prevent contamination.
19	Proper hot holding temperature Corrected On-Site. Inspector Comments Chicken noodle soup in the hot holding unit at the front counter was holding an internal temperature of 129F. This soup was taken back to the kitchen to be reheated to 165F before placing back into the hot holding. Must ensure all hot holding products are being held at a minimum of 135F.
