Frozen shrimp found thawing improperly in the 3 compartment sink. All thawing must be conducted in a food prep sink, and not the ware washing sink. Thawing must be conducted with temperature controls such as submerged in cool running water, from frozen to refrigeration or from frozen to cooking. Discontinue allowing products to thaw in standing water and ensure 3 compartment sink is used only for ware washing.
