Inspector Comments
Walk in refrigerator inside the kitchen is holding an ambient temperature of 56F. Internal temperatures of products in this unit were 45-46F. Fan was not running.
Must move all products to other refrigeration that is holding 41F or below.
Discontinue use of this unit until it can properly hold 41F or below.

Facility is vacuum sealing cod fish. All fish is not permitted to be vacuum sealed in a reduced oxygen packaging. Must discontinue use of the vacuum sealer on fish products.
