Facility was reusing chemical soap buckets to be used for food storage. All food storage must be in food grade containers. Chemical buckets may not be reused for food storage. Remove chemical buckets as soon as product is empty and ensure only food grade containers are being used.

Inspector Comments
Walk in cooler is holding an ambient temperature of 47F. All Internal temperature of products in this unit were between 44-46F. Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) Foods must be cold held at 41F or below. Refrigeration repair company was called during inspection to repair this unit. Must relocate all TCS products into back up refrigeration until unit can hold temperature of 41F or below.

Walk in refrigerator inside the kitchen is holding an ambient temperature of 56F. Internal temperatures of products in this unit were 45-46F. Fan was not running. Must move all products to other refrigeration that is holding 41F or below. Discontinue use of this unit until it can properly hold 41F or below.
