There is no soap at the hand wash sink. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap, individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel or a heated-air hand drying device. Soap was purchased during inspection.

1. There is a small leak in the outside piping attached to the potable water tank for handwashing. Repair leak to be in good working order.
2. The equipment surfaces of the truck contain a buildup of food debris and grease. Cleans and sanitize to be free of visible debris.
