Inspector Comments
Glass display case containing cheeses, meats and eggs was holding an ambient temperature of 48F.
All Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) Foods must be cold held at 41F or below.
All items removed and placed in working refrigerators holding 41F or below.
Must defrost this unit and do not place items inside until it can properly hold 41F or below.
