8	Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible Corrected On-Site. Inspector Comments Front drive thru window hand washing sink was not supplied with soap. All hand sinks must be supplied with soap and paper towels at all times.
20	Proper cold holding temperature Corrected On-Site. Inspector Comments Chill rail containing pickles and tomatoes was not turned on. No product that needs refrigeration should be placed into this chill rail until the chill rail has been turned on and is holding temperature. Unit was turned on and got to proper temperature, 41F or below, during inspection. Must educate all staff on proper set up of refrigeration.

Management has placed the milk in this unit in an ice bath to keep product cold. Must repair this unit to properly hold Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods cold at 41F or below.
53	Physical facilities installed, maintained, & clean Inspector Comments Walk in freezer has a large accumulation of ice build up around the fans and on the ceiling. Must remove all ice, repair source and keep condenser free of ice build up.
